3 new Serious Sam indie games announced!

Devolver Digital just announced 3 new Indie games about Serious Sam; Serious Sam: Double D, Serious Sam: Kamikaze Attack!, and Serious Sam: The Random Encounter. More on these, read on!

Serious Sam: Double D is an indie game developed by Mommy’s Best Games, a botique game developer founded in 2007 who worked on Weapon of Choice, Explosionade and more. Double D is going to be a sidescrolling shooter for PC and consoles. It features artwork that is completely hand drawn and has classic and original enemies. Looks like this is gonna be a cool new experience!

Serious Sam: Kamikaze Attack! is developed by Be-Rad Entertainment, a developer that will bring Serious Sam to the mobile devices (Android, iPhone). If you’ve ever played Lame Castle by Be-Rad games, it’s probably going to be a little bit like that, by the looks of it. As you can see, the artwork of this game is also hand drawn, which gives a really nice feeling to the graphics.

Serious Sam: The Random Encounter is one we’ll probably never forget. Dutch developer Vlambeer is developing this one, who has worked on games like Super Crate Box and Radical Fishing. This indie game will be an RPG game where you are thrown into rapid-fire battles against hordes of enemies. We didn’t get much more intel on The Random Encounter, but from the concept image we received, it looks great.

Devolver also noted that you can come and check out Double D and Kamikaze Attack at PAX East, Booth I-16.

Which of these are you looking forward to the most?
